JVIP did not begin as an abstract legal technology concept. Its architecture emerged from real-world interaction with legal, institutional, and administrative systems.
Guatemala — Origin of the Architecture
The architecture was first developed and applied in a real criminal justice environment in Guatemala, where the system was used to structure legal and procedural reasoning through an extended criminal proceeding. The case ultimately resulted in acquittal.
That experience exposed a larger problem: legal knowledge alone does not produce access to justice. The surrounding institutional execution system matters.
Uruguay — Sovereign Execution
JVIP has also been deployed in a sovereign, air-gapped, portable environment with HIK-enabled execution infrastructure—demonstrating the architecture beyond a conventional cloud chatbot model.
