Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Jurisprudencia VIP ("JVIP"), Institutional Execution Infrastructure™ ("IEI"), Personal Cognitive Infrastructure™ ("PCI"), and related websites, applications, platforms, products, assessments, and services.
By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.
Service Overview
Jurisprudencia VIP provides technology-enabled legal information systems, professional workflow tools, institutional intelligence services, and related technology solutions.
Jurisprudencia VIP (JVIP)
JVIP provides legal technology solutions designed to assist users with legal information access, legal research workflows, document organization, procedural guidance, professional productivity tools, and legal intelligence systems. Services may include Guatemala Abogado Pro and related professional subscription offerings.
Institutional Execution Infrastructure™ (IEI)
IEI provides institutional execution assessments and intelligence services designed to analyze execution risks within complex environments, including infrastructure projects, public-private partnerships, concessions, institutional systems, and multi-agency execution environments. Services include assessments, reports, analysis, advisory sessions, and related deliverables.
Personal Cognitive Infrastructure™ (PCI)
PCI provides systems designed to help individuals and organizations structure, preserve, organize, and operationalize knowledge, workflows, and information assets.
Not Legal, Financial, Investment, or Engineering Advice
JVIP, IEI, and PCI services provide technology, analysis, information organization, and advisory support. They do not replace:
- Licensed legal counsel
- Financial advisors or investment professionals
- Engineers or project management professionals
- Government authorities or regulatory agencies
Users remain responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice before making legal, financial, investment, operational, or regulatory decisions.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Use of JVIP technology, including Guatemala Abogado Pro, does not automatically create an attorney-client relationship.
An attorney-client relationship exists only through a separate engagement agreement with a licensed attorney. AI-generated or technology-assisted information does not constitute legal representation.
Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems
Our services may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, and structured reasoning technologies. Users acknowledge that:
- AI-generated outputs may contain errors.
- Outputs should be reviewed by qualified professionals.
- Users are responsible for verifying information before relying upon it.
AI systems assist human decision-making and do not replace professional judgment.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information and maintain account security.
- Use services lawfully and maintain proper authorization to submit information.
- Respect intellectual property rights and avoid system misuse.
Users must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineer platform systems.
- Circumvent security protections or use services for unlawful purposes.
- Submit information they do not have permission to use.
Institutional Execution Infrastructure™ Engagements
IEI assessments may require users to provide confidential information regarding infrastructure projects, organizations, commercial arrangements, regulatory matters, and institutional relationships. Users represent that they have authority to provide such information.
IEI deliverables are analytical assessments based on available information and methodology at the time of evaluation. IEI does not guarantee regulatory approval, project completion, commercial operation dates, investment outcomes, or financial performance.
PCI™ Services
PCI services allow users to organize and structure information, knowledge assets, workflows, and cognitive systems. Users retain ownership of information they provide.
Users are responsible for the legality of submitted information, maintaining appropriate permissions, and protecting confidential information they choose to upload. PCI does not claim ownership of user-provided knowledge assets.
Accounts and Security
Users are responsible for maintaining account credentials, access security, and authorized account usage. Users must immediately notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
Payments and Subscriptions
Paid services may include monthly subscriptions, professional plans, assessments, advisory engagements, and custom services. Payments are processed through authorized payment providers.
Users agree to provide accurate billing information. Subscription fees may be changed with reasonable notice.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the specific service purchased. Digital services, completed assessments, consulting engagements, and customized deliverables may not be refundable once work has begun.
Users should review applicable purchase terms before subscribing or purchasing services.
Intellectual Property
All platform technology, methodologies, frameworks, trademarks, designs, software, documentation, and proprietary systems remain the property of Jurisprudencia VIP or its licensors. This includes:
- Institutional Execution Infrastructure™
- Personal Cognitive Infrastructure™
- Software systems, assessment methodologies, frameworks, and documentation
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use services for their intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred.
User Content
Users retain ownership of content they submit. By submitting information, users grant permission for us to process that information solely to provide requested services. We do not sell user content.
Confidentiality
Information submitted through professional engagements, IEI assessments, PCI services, or other confidential interactions will be handled according to applicable confidentiality obligations and our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on third-party providers for hosting, payments, analytics, security, and infrastructure services. We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may be modified, suspended, or updated to improve functionality, security, or compliance.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jurisprudencia VIP and its affiliates are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruption, investment losses, regulatory outcomes, or decisions made based on service outputs.
Users assume responsibility for decisions made using information, analysis, or technology provided.
Indemnification
Users agree to defend and hold harmless Jurisprudencia VIP from claims arising from misuse of services, unauthorized submissions, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of Guatemala unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be published with a revised date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
